I created a Custom League with the bottom 3 managers to get sacked when will this happen ?

I created 2 divisions with the advanced rule of bottom 3 teams to get sacked, the 2nd season started today but the bottom managers are still in place, when will they be sacked ?

This sounds like an in-game Bug. You will need to report this to SM by creating a Bug ticket. There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
