If someone resign can he/she pick the manager he/she want to give thier job to?

Answers
No, this is done by the game or the game world owner who can offer jobs to anyone they want to. So if it's a privately created game world then the owner (creator) of the game world can offer jobs to whoever they want but if it's a Soccer Manager game world then it's done by the game.
