    if you want to offer one of your players to another club, first other clubs must have this player on their shortlist, if another club has one of your players on their shortlist then you will see an option allowing to offer another club this player.

    This only applies to transfer offers and not loan offers.

    follow the steps:
    1) search and find the player you want.
    2) click on the player name you want to make a transfer or loan bid.
    3) click on the blue button "Make Tranasfer Bid", if you want to buy the player or "Make Load Bid" if you want to loan the player.
    4) there you will need to Construct the Deal and after that click on "Propose Offer", then click on "Confirm Offer".
