Ok we have a manager in our league that has been proven guilty of match fixing and multiple accounts. The smfa cam in and removed the duplicate accounts but failed to punish the actual offending manager. He has breached every code of conduct rule there is and the honest upstanding managers are now leaving the game world.
visit the club list page and go on report multiple accounts and then provide a reason that is 100 letters or more (quite hard if you're not like a university or a-level student to provide such a reason, like my 10 yr old brother) and the smfa would investigate it. but this sometimes isn't reliable so you should tell other managers who don't like the offending manager to also write a report.
