How long dose it take for the chairman to accept an offer made to a 'requested transfer' player?

Why the chairman doesnt accept my offer after the player requested for it? It's already been 3 days!Should I report to SMFA?

    If this club is external/unmanaged, then yes.
    If it is managed though, the manager will have to log on and see your transfer offer.
