Why my custom game world hasnt been created yet, its been 2 days, it says its in position 1

I created a custom game world, but it hasnt been like made for use yet, it says its in position one, and 4 game worlds are created every hour between 09:00 and 20:00 game time, its been 2 days and i havent got it yet...
