Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

How does smfa choose who gets the job offer of a club that just lost it's manager?

Answers
A manager doing a good job at his club can receive that type of offer.
If you want to check who's the manager who got the offer do this:
-Click on 'Game World' tab
-Then click on 'Club List' tab
There, just look for the club you want to check, and, it will appear 'unmanaged, job offeres to _____'Answered by David Macedo - 13 years ago
