Why is it that when you buy a player his value is at X amount, but after a month his value has dropped? The player's rating is still the same, and he is still the same age. Can anyone explain?
This is because you probable have better players on your team and so the chairman doesn't value him as high.
i.e - if you have Wayne Rooney on your team and you have some guy from the 3rd division in the English Premier League,your chairman would value him high
