how come my friends can manage 3 clubs but i can only manage 2??

my friends tell me they can manage 3 clubs and i've seen them but i can only manage 2 which is not fair can you please tell me why.
Answers
They are managing 3 clubs because they joined before a certain date. I am not sure what the date is though.
