Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

where can i report manager that keep saying bad word to me like(fuck ,dick,, motherfoker)

I would suggest you get on with it and ignore such people. But if you still want to report then below in the message screen there will be an option to report the abusive message. I haven't tried it so I can't say what will happen but you could give it a try.
