I am fed up of people taking over teams and doing nothing for months then leaving, despite me wanting and asking about trying to sign their players. Is it against the rules to let people know I plan on rejecting a club offer so that more active managers can take over?
It isn't against terms but why do you want to share your plans with other managers is something I did not get. Just focus on your team and if you get an offer deal with it privately. You will many jerks coming around managing clubs for a few days or weeks and then leaving. There is nothing you can do about that.
