Ok I need some help please. I originally sent a ticket to SM on the 29th November but still haven't had a reply! Basically I had a cup game against an unmanaged team and their best player had been sent off in their previous game so should have been suspended.(it wasn't a SMFA cup game just the regular one) He was able to play though so I sent a ticket to SM as I believe it was a bug and obviously unfair but not had anything back.
I have put this question on here before and one member did reply but you can't respond when they ask you a question about it.
Please could someone advise me what to do and if you need to ask me a question send me a message so I can reply.

I am surprised SM have not at least acknowledged your ticket, but there is nothing you can do apart from await their reply. Some bugs are not easily resolved which means SM take longer to reply.
You should also bear in mind that Gold Members have their tickets answered first, so there may have been a delay in SM originally looking at your ticket.
