how much does a player's condition decrease and increase before and after a match?

im just wondering how much a player's condition will decrease after a match and how much his condition will increase after one day.does the age affect the condition?thanks :)
Answers
After a match the player's condition generally decreases by anything between 15-25%. On non-match days a player's condition will improve by 5-10% daily. I don't believe age has anything to do with it.
