Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Same Chairman Different Valuation

I have received an offer today of 28m for one of my players, I cannot accept this as it is unacceptable for the opposition chairman... The opposition manager has said that his chairman values my player at 28m and so can offer this amount but I cant accept this.. It is impossible for me to offer more than my chairman would accept so wtf is going on???

It is perhaps just a rounding difference. Or perhaps the player's value has changed since the offer was made.
This issue should now have been resolved. If this is not the case you will need to report this to SM by creating a Bug ticket. There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
