Will playing in friendles avoid player concerns?

I am rotating the team squad.. but in statistics, the friendlies are not counted and there are players without appearances still after scoring in friendlies.
Answers
Friendlies are meaningless. Players don't gain or lose anything from them. Their stats or concerns won't be affected even a bit.
