Other than taking a little longer to get fitness levels back to 100%, is their any disadvantages to playing older players (30+) instead of a younger player with the same rating?
Do they get tired faster during a game and require subbed?
I don't believe that older players take longer to recover. Although I haven't noticed so I'm not 100% sure of that. I don't think there should be any factors like fatigue etc effecting so much. Probably just their value will be lower to a younger player with the same rating.
