How do I go about adding clubs to the database?

Additional Details

Thank you for your reply to my previous question. I understand that SM are the sole managers of the databases. However, I wish to ask them to kindly add the teams I need. How should I go about achieving this?

    This should be possible via the SoccerWiki.

    Links to this are available in various places (for instance a player's profile).

    It seems to be down as I write this so can't check but this is your best route.
