Can I reduce the number of divisions in my gameworld?

I am currently in season 10 of a gameworld and it has 4 divisions of 20 teams. There are about half of the teams managed and as people get relegated to division 3 they tend to get bored and leave. Over 10 seasons most managers have built up strong teams and I want to know is there any way to remove the lower 2 divisions so that instead of 80 teams there would only be 40. Seems a easy enough thing to request and do but not sure if there is any way to do this? So is there anyone I can request to, to have the lower 2 leagues become external clubs and edit the gameworld structure?

no you cannot brother. I am probably the best manager in the world and i have tried this for about 4years but there are no ways in which you can reduce the number of divisions in your gameworld. Sorry brother.
