Why can't I change to another club within a gameworld without quiting?

I have won a gameworld for 3 consecutive seasons and would like to go for a new challenge... but within the same gameworld... without losing the point streak and reputation that I built. How do I do that if that is even possible?

I'm afraid this is not possible. You can only switch clubs if either you accept a job offer from another club (if a club within the gameworld loses it's manager, the job is always offered to a manager within the gameworld in the first instant) or by quitting your club and then taking over the club you wish to join. If you switch club in either way, your manager points will be lost.
