Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

On tactics page when you click on a player dots appear. Choose a dot an an arrow appears, what exactly are these yellow arrows and what are their effect.

basically it means your player will make runs in that direction.. so if you play 442 formation you can push both wingers forward and use tactic down both flanks.. little tip 352 is the best system unless you already no that..
