Realistic Transfers depending on league

Are there any Game Worlds set up that are realistic in transfers? i would like to enter as a lower league team but want a limit set on who can buy who.
E.G - In real life David Villa would not be signing for Notts County etc..
I want a league where the league 2 teams attract certain level of players, league 1 slightly higher and so on. Even so that lower prem teams couldnt sign world stars like Ronaldo.
It would be a nice change.

there isnt one. however there are some leagues that try to do this! I would recommend the "Ashclowbel League" very fun lots of people and allot of interaction! Quite realistic
