Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

why do SM ignore there PAYING customers and allow others to ruin games reporting deals?

you are allowing people to ruin your game sm and your ignorance to the whole situation just makes it worse. you close tickets, ignore emails and facebook posts about it yet continue to take our money! Are you not slightly ashamed that you just look like money grabbing cowboys? do you not think you should pprovide CUSTOMER service to your CUSTOMERS? I dobt you ever will beu heres to hoping eh!? All others i urge you to thuimbs up this post if you agree that sm need to review ATMS and deal reporting and listen to there PAYING CUSTOMERS!!

I believe they treat all players equally whether they pay or don't. If you are making suspicious and ridiculous deals they will deal with it for the fairness of the gameworld and so everyone could have fun not just paying customers.
