My Player Yann M'Vill is only 22 and have played 17 games each on previous 2 season; then also his concern has gone to level 2. Please Admins do something regarding this as players at an such a young age should not be getting concerned about lack of playing, if a team have a large squad, how you are supposed to stop this player's concerns as i don't understand why he is getting concerned as he has played 50% of the total matches my team has played and if players at such an young age getting concerned about lack of games then how we are supposed to hold on to these young players?
Ya this happens a lot. I have faced this many times. See no regards to whether a player is young or old, they all want to be playing. I have substitute keepers which get concerns everytime. Squad rotation is the best attempt to stop these concerns. Try switching players regularly for league and cup competitions. Make in-game substitutions. Give the concerned players some 15 mins or so in games and that helps. If it gets to a point that you can't handle it then sell the player. Make a player swap deal with another club.
