all cup competitions in standard game world

Additional Details

does players fitness reduce or do they all start 100% fit, and also if a player has a concern if you play him in a cup match does this help or does this have no effect in standard game worlds?

    First of all fitness will reduce after every game apart from in smfa competitions(varies).
    Players conditions may be 100% depending on how much energy they have used.And player concerns do not affect the way they play on the field.It is just that if this concern carries on, they may decide to leave your club if this isn't fulfilled.
