Why has my player got a concern rise

OK, i submitted a bug to this respect and got told to look here as apparently it's not a bug.
Anyway...
Thibaut Courtois has played every game since gaining a 'concerned about lack of games' concern. (9games out of 9). I have double checked over all my stats and he has 100% played 90minutes of every game since the L1 concern yet today he has a L2 concern.
My questions are this: Why has his concern risen? and How can I lower it? and Are SM just being lazy and this actually is a bug? :p

Just keep playing him and the level will go down. Its not a bug. Just playing him 9 games will not lower the concern. He has to play like 15-20 games to lower it.
