Are rosters ever updated once the game world starts?

Additional Details
One of my teams is Stoke City,they just signed American Geoff Sanderson.He is currently a free agent in my game world why was he not added to my roster?Once a game world starts is that it for original rosters because of all the trading and buying,and when do you add to or change real life rosters?Will I have to sign him with my own money.I'm guessing that once a new game world is started that's it for any semblance of the real world rosters.Thanks for your time.God Bless.

no they do not update, you will have to buy him.
If it is a brand new game world all players are with the correct clubs.
However if it is a game world into its 5th+ season you will find most players are not at the clubs they are meant to be in real life.
But, an unmanaged game world club/external club will sometimes try and buy back player who actually play for that team in real life.Answered by John Barrie - 11 years ago
