Upon the end of last season most of my reserve team became unhappy with their lack of games. For pretty much every game this season I've played them, yet most of them haven't changed. To make matters worse!..all of my regular first team players have became unhappy despite firstly, them missing out on not that many games, and secondly the unhappy reserve players still being unhappy even though they've been played!! And most infuriatingly, a couple of players who were unhappy I just started playing full time, and today I found out their lack of games concern has increased despite this! A member of the SM team needs to follow this through please.
i agree the same happened with me iniesta out for 5 weeks and while he is injured he has concerns and before being injured he played almost in every game
The player concerns are getting too much my every team has about 8-10 players in concern list. Indirectly SM chooses my team for the match day as players with concerns are bound to play before they ask for a transfer.
And onc they develop concern its very difficult to get the out of it and miss one game they increase the concern level.
this concern thing is killing the game. will have to quit SM soon if all my players are gone

The system of "player concerns" needs to be looked at. Especially regarding long term injuries to players. On the whole, it is a good system for policing player hogging of young talent. You either play them or lose them. Doesn't matter if your team's average rating is 95. A 90 rated youth player won't accept zero game time or being loaned out all the time.

its a pain in the arse m8...my example how can a skill 90 player be unhappy.. ive got a about ten teams where ive got 93 and 94skill subs not one but 4 and 5 playing in the same position as the 90 and he is the only one with concerns.. milner is the player in question infront of him is ozil 94 toure 93 di maria 93 da silva 94 .. my solution is to swap any player with concerns get them out soon as you can.. see if any other managers have players with concerns send them a PM to see if they will swap with you.. ive done this on numerous occasions not all will swap but if you were in the same game world as me not a problem...
