Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

When someone leaves a club that job is offered to other managers in the Gameworld. If nobody accepts the job offer after 120hrs then the job will become available to all managers on the website. You would then be able to rejoin the club as manager by using the Add Club facility from the My Home page - but you will need to move quickly as it is first come first serve.
You should also change the password on your account so that your "friends" cannot access it without your permission in future.Answered by
