hey I currently already have a soccermanager account that i created one to two years back. How do I synchronise this account with the facebook soccermanager app? any idea? or is it even possible? thanks

Go to Facebook - Soccer Manager and then the game will ask you do you want to verify your Soccer Manager account with Facebook.
