A Fit Team, please tell what is an unfit team?

Tonight I played a team that did not have one fit player (NOT ONE) I had 11 fit players and LOST? (6 of thier players said not match fit?)
I Love this game but this is not right.

I agree very much with this. Computer teams that have virtually not fit players perform as though all of their players were 100% fit.
