Complaint: Average player ratings on performance

I have been playing this game for a solid 4 years now,putting in effort and time to build up my team. Now ill use my team as an example of what has happened so many times I've lost count over the numerous seasons: my teams average rating is 94.-it's full of players such as Ramos,Alves,David Silva,Iniesta,Villa,Benzema... You get the drift. So Howcome in a game situation I so often struggle against unmanaged teams with an average rating of 4 or 5 less than my team? I have been seeking answers, such as 'well it must be down to chemistry, or morale'-NO. The same s*** has happened repeatedly every season. I mean come on, just imagine that team in real life playing against your equivalent Besiktas, or Bremen. There would be minimal contest because players of that ability WOULD triumph 99.8% of the time. And to test my theory to an extent I have played my reserve team, or even youth team with average ratings of 91,90 or 89 in games.. And most of the time, they either played BETTER, or just as well as my first team would. It's a disgrace as far as I'm concerned, and something needs to be done or SM will be loosing a long-term user I'm afraid.-There are secondary negative implications as a result of this shambles: Due to poor performances of highly rated players, or the bizarre fact that they are outplayed by worse players. I therefore play these worse rating players in attempt to salvage my league position, thus resulting in player concerns for the higher rating players.-please sort this out SM.
