why does SM do nothing when i report blatent cheating

in my game world WC1261 i reported the dodgy transfer of busquets in a straight swap for di maria. the seller of busquets turned down many offers from other clubs, all much better deals without negotiation, yet couter offered a deal with 1 other club for di maria. I reported it to SM and they did nothing, even though everyone in the game world knows that the manger buying busquets multi-accounts and has done this various times before, just never this blatent.
the manger who sold busquets has not been online since making the counter offer of di maria, and both these mangers are in another game world together too.
Does SM only act if the multi accounting is done from the same IP address ??

if so, maybe i should go to some game review sites and add it to the cheet sections ....

I'm now thinking of quitting the game world, and maybe even the game as a whole - it's very depressing that SM are this poor at dealing with illigal actions

    I've got the same problem in one of my GW's and they don't even try to hide it. They've got the same 2nd names, in the same GW's and swap/sell players that are just stupid. Like RVP (rated 95) for Cazorla (rated 92) and selling 10m players for 40m. But SM say these not enough proof.... so either leave the GW or just stay and try win the league like me lol

    Hi there,

    If you un-disputed proof that they are the same person, i.e. the log in times are 1 min apart etc then you have a case. But people play this game with their friends, they could easily be mates and are doing deals with one another.

    In my game world I play with several friends and we do occasionally do deals between each other, some cases there was blatant cheating, managers even had the same names and where logging on minutes apart. We had clear proof and nothing was done, how ever when a weird heap transfer went through (bale +£20 mill for Ronaldo) that was 100% legit it got reported by someone and revoked!
