How do I access the Player Database change screen in this new format of SM?

Additional Details

I noticed that there is a change of format for SM. I can't find where to access the player database change screen! Where they display all player changes and new players. Help please?

    when you click on the world name under your teams name it opens you a window where you can find player database.
