I purchased a custom game world yesterday so why does it take so long to create?

purchased a new customer game world but its not activated yet

There is a delay in the creation of purchased Game Worlds. We are fully aware of this bug and it should be resolved in the next 24 hours. This means that your Game World should be created some time during 01-01-11. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
