What does it mean by Playmaker and Target Man

Additional Details

In the tactics it always asks me to pick a Playmaker and a Target man and I always pick random people to do it.

    team will keep supplying him the ball to pick out the pass

    and target man , they will try feed the ball to so messi as target man will make team all try to get it to him . like strategy get ball to messi and can be game over
