does condition improves for players who play daily?

i have many players at 75% condition , to rest them all isnt simply possible . Is there any provision for the condition of players to improve automaitcally by small %ages?

rest a few at a time 3 or 4 each game they will soon be back in the 90,s ... players go up about 10 to 12 every day they dont play
