List the ways of getting money, i have spent most of it.

Answers
Buy players before their ratings change. I.e, I bought Viktor Fischer & Dennis Praet for 400k, now worth 5m after their ratings changed from 75 to 85.

Sell players, buy free agents and re-sell them, finish high in your league table, win trophies, etc.
