Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.
However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.
Anyone can post or search for a question or answer within the Answer Centre and anyone will be able to reply to a question.
Every answer that is posted within the Answer Centre can be rated either good or bad (in the form of a thumbs up or thumbs down icon) and you can use this as a gauge as to how helpful the answer is.

i know were the ticket area is but when i click on it there is no submit ticket ??? anybody know were to find this or has it just been removed cause somebody cant be bothered to answer our questions anymore.
To report a bug, create a Bug ticket. There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
Go to Transfers > All Transfers when logged into your club then there is the option to report any illegal deals. There is a link on the left of this screen for Report Cheating which explains this.
To report Match Fixing go to the Match Report you believe was fixed and click on the Report Match Fixing link.
To report multiple accounts, go to the Gameworlds > Club List page and then click the Multiple Accounts link.
