Why is the player concern system so poor?

A few of my players have featured in every game this season, yet they continue to increase in unhappiness claiming they are not getting enough first team football. I thought SM brought it in to stop player hoarding and allow a manager to rotate the side....it just isn't possible, even if they miss one game out of 10 they get unhappy. SM really need to alter the system or abolish it altogether, it's rubbish

couldn't agree more Paul. Ive read up on why players get unhappy its because they expect to play 7 out of ten games with a sub appearance worth half a game... so if your at level 2 he had expected to have played 14 games out the 20 so if he only played 10 your still minus 4 which you have to catch up on as well as the next ten which will mean 21 games out of 30 so meaning if you play him ten times on the trot he will still be unhappy by only playing 20 instead of the 21 games he wonts .. keep playing them mate it will drop but take a little time.....
