Why do my player who has transfer ban could suddenly move to another club (without my confirmation) ?

I have just bought that player on 6th June 2013, when I open my soccer manager this morning, my squad number suddenly become 20 only. When I checked it, I have lost my player and now I should make a bit for him again. Why do such thing happen?

Hmmmm you should have put the players name, that was moved. And some other details because it hardly happens to get a clear view for the reason it happened, because your question isn't straight
