I had a manager in my gameworld make some racially abusive remarks in the news feed. How to report?

The person's name is Jose Mourinho, my gameworld is [World Championship 1817].
I can't remember the exact wording, but I do remember it went along the lines of:
'my stupid Chinese assistant manager, being a f**ken retard that he is made certain decisions in a match'. I couldn't find the report abuse, pretty sure you guys have records of what players write in the news feeds? Can something be done about this player? I'm sure I'm not the only person who has received some sort of abuse from him. I wouldn't be surprised if not more people have left this game cause of him.
