Your clubs finances are important reading, you will find your clubs income and expenditure for the week as well as the total for the season. You will need to keep a check on your clubs finances as this will help you budget for the season, and you can do this by viewing your clubs balance sheet.
Each 'Turn' your clubs income and expenditure is broken down on the balance sheet on the right-hand side with a summary of the transactions within a summary. On the left-hand side is the running total for the current season. You do not have direct control over your clubs finances apart from dealings in the transfer market which will either credit or debit your current balance. You can view all the turns balance sheets by clicking on ‘previous’.
The balance sheet is broken down into three main areas: Income, Expenditure and Summary.
Your club's weekly income is broken down on the balance sheet on the right-hand side, and there is a running total for the current season on the left-hand side. The following entries makeup your expenditure:
The income entries are self-explanatory and are all interlinked. For example if you are successful on the pitch then this will boost match day revenue in relation to gate receipts and merchandising and also generate more money from sponsors.

As manager you have far more control over expenditure than income, which is handled behind the scenes by your Chairman and their associates. Your actions in the transfer market is likely to represent the biggest expenditure (as most managers will want to buy/sell players in order to create a squad in their image or to fit a certain style of play), and your player's wages will also contribute significantly.
This explains the basic financial status of your club. It displays your total income and expenditure for the 'Turn' as well as a summary showing any net profit/loss. It also displays your total income and expenditure for the season as well as a summary showing any net profit/loss.
