Customer Services - how do I contact them as a paying customer?

I recently set up a new custom game league in which I set the squads as empty (each team having a 300 mill budget) Upon opening my new league (although in the advanced rules settings it clearly says squads start empty) the team are filled with the usual players. Ive opened a ticket in the game bug section but cant find a customer service section to get the issue sorted. I am after all a paying customer and I have set up about ten leagues during my time but now find I cant sort out this simple issue. Is there a customer service department and how can they be contacted?
