Cheating
If you go to Transfers > All Transfers page when logged into your club then there is the option to report any illegal deals.
To report Match Fixing go to the Match Report you believe was fixed and click on the report Match Fixing link.
To report a manager you believe are either the same person or behaving inappropriately in your Game World visit the Club List page.
Club
There is no set time for results to come in.
The match engine looks at many factors (for example player fitness, player rating, player morale, tactics, who is home and away etc) to help calculate results.
Any friendlies that are arranged by your Chairman during preseason cannot be cancelled (read more).
If you are not a Gold Manager then your Assistant Manager will decide the tactics and team in SMFA competitions (read more).
The time it takes to receive an offer from an unmanaged or external club for a transfer listed player can vary from a few days to a few weeks (read more).
On occasions your Chairman may not be willing to meet the valuation of the player so you will not be able to make a transfer offer for this player (read more).
If you have not received an investment from your Chairman then this is due to your clubs 'net worth' being greater than 50% of the average club in your league (read more).

Your Chairman will not increase your current capacity if they believe the stadium is already at an adequate size to compete successfully within your current division (read more).
Game World
A Game World can be permanently closed at the end of a season if it has one or less managers and it is administered by the SMFA (read more).
A Game World can become locked if it is a Custom Game World and it is administered by the SMFA (read more).
Account
You may be entering your current password incorrectly. Please ensure that you enter your current password in the correct case (i.e. make sure you enter capital/lower case letters exactly). If you are still having problems you can use the Forgotten Password reminder.
Any member who has posted offensive and/or inappropriate content within the newspaper are prevented from using this facility again due to breaking the Terms of Use (read more).

Database
The Database is imported from the 
Soccer Wiki which the community decide and vote on. You can submit a request for the details to be changed there.
