Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

SM won't see this m8, you used to be able to contact SM via the site and email but as you can see from all the questions asked in this help section most of them are easily answered and those who work for SM are better off spending there time devoloping the game.

The Anti cheat Prevention Systyme is by no means perfect, SM are aware of this.. SM wokred with forumers for several months until recently in trying to improve the systyme by looking at blocked deals etc

When transfers are reversed it is because the person inspecting the deals has certain information at his disposal, i brought to there attention that this information needs to be improved as iv'e had deals reversed by SMFA just because of idiots reporting deals, i too along with many others have had deals reversed that should not have been but you must understand that SM have no desire to aggriviate its users and the game as it was 6 years ago is work in progress.
